Owner & Operator
Shlomo operates his international floral import company, Shlomo Danieli Inc., from an office in West Sedona, Arizona. He thoroughly enjoys life in Sedona—exploring, hiking and photographing the beautiful and expansive landscape. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Claudia, new and old friends alike, and keeping up with his three adult children as they build successful family lives and careers themselves.
Shlomo has devoted more than half a century of his life to innovative enterprises in the floriculture industry. He is intimately familiar with every aspect of the business including growing, sales and marketing, and education.

Customer Service
Roy was born in Chicago and grew up in the northern suburb of Skokie. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois, followed by an MBA from Roosevelt University. Roy married his college sweetheart, Marcy, and together had three children, seven grandchildren, and enjoyed traveling the world. In 1990, Roy started his own distribution business, which operated for about 20 years. After his wife passed away, Roy moved permanently to their condo in Florida. There he lives a full and sunny life with his partner, Susie, and miniature poodle, Filmore. Although Roy lives in Florida, he will forever be a Chicago Bears and Bulls fan, rooting loyally from the Florida beaches.
Roy leads the Customer Service Team and enjoys the flexibility of working remotely as well as the daily challenges that require his trouble-shooting expertise.
Accountant
Russell was born and raised in Tennessee and spent his adult life, prior to moving to Arizona, in Nashville. There he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and become a CPA in 1993. Russell has over 30 years of accounting experience which includes financial statement and corporate income tax preparation.
In February 2018, Russell serendipitously found himself in Cottonwood, Arizona. Later that year, he responded to a newspaper advertisement and met Shlomo. From this fortuitous point forward, Russell has been a highly valued member of the Shlomo Danieli Inc. team. This position also allows him to utilize a portion of his considerable accounting experience and remain professionally active from home.
Marketing Consultant
Originally from the Midwest, Claudia’s career began in service to clients of Merrill Lynch and transitioned to an educational curriculum publishing company as research analyst and implementation specialist. Her background in strategic planning and systemic change processes served to launch various consulting roles that took her from coast to coast, and happily landing in Sedona, AZ.
Claudia and Shlomo met in Chicago when both were invited to a private reception for the attache of the Israeli Minister of Agriculture. Their shared passion for Israel and mutual interest in international logistics sparked a partnership that continues to this day. Claudia’s consulting role brings experience in streamlining processes and innovative problem-solving. She loves the challenge!
Sales Associate
Sebastian Herrera is originally from the beautiful country of Colombia where he says the food is amazing, and the people are always warm and welcoming. He’s extending that warm welcome to new clients, in a way that only Sebastian can, as he works to expand the Sales Team at Shlomo Danieli Inc.
Sebastian is an honors graduate, captain of his winning soccer team and has hobbies that include physical conditioning, listening to music of every kind and traveling.
